The state of the art kitchen

Featuring Dekton solid work surfaces, the island design includes a breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen is equipped with a Bosch oven, Bora induction hob, and dishwasher. A small back kitchen area houses the fridge, freezer, wine wine fridge, microwave, and additional pantry storage.

Our relaxing living space

Overlooking the main pool area, the living area features two large sliding doors to create a harmonious inside-out living experience. The lounge area includes a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a television and atmospheric lighting design. The dining area seats 6 people for an indoor dining experience... or a game of monopoly!

Beautifully appointed bedrooms

Our three bedrooms feature king sized beds with egyptian cotton bedding, ample clothes storage space and blackout blinds. Each bedroom has been individually designed to reflect the Sicilian landscape and colours.

Luxury bathrooms

Modern and fully equipped with high-end fixtures, including rainfall showers, hand showers, and excellent water pressure for an invigorating experience with indulgent Ortigia bathroom amenities.

The pool and bar area

Relax on a sun lounger or take a plinge in our spacious 9m long pool, perfect for swimming and relaxing while enjoying the sea view. In the cooler months the main pool is heated.

The Zen garden

Accessed directly by the two bedrooms at the back, the zen garden offers a serene retreat for a peaceful escape and mindful moments. The Zen garden offers a second shallow relaxation pool.

The outdoor kitchen and dining area

Accessed from the kitchen via a sliding door, the outdoor dining areas features a 8-person ceramic dining table nestled under a bioclimatic pergola, allowing guests to create the level of shade they desire. The outdoor kitchen by Italian designer Fogher features a large barbecue with cooking surfaces, an induction hob, and a sink.

The roof terrace

Watch the sunset and unwind in the Jacuzzi on our roof terrace, with panoramic views over the beach and bay of Fontata Bianche.

From our infinity pool, to our massage cabana, we have zoned the villa to cater for all your relaxing, entertaining and pampering needs.
