Fantastic property, very modern due to recent total remodel. Pictures are true yo life. Full house AC (unheard of) as well as AC in rooms. Amazing place. Our hosts were amazing, spoke fluent English, and helped us with recommendations, reservations, and other random questions throughout or stay.

Villa Aria was excellent for 3 couples. The interior and exterior of the villa are great, nice design touches- very livable- and beautiful gardens. The exterior space is larger and nicer than we expected based on the pics. Very well appointed, and you can tell the owners have a good sense of style.
The location was good, it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to a cafe and small grocery store. The surrounding streets get busy with beachgoers during the say, but there is a driveway with space for 2 cars.

I recently stayed at the wonderful Villa Aria.
Loriana the villa manager greeted me and explained all the villa 's extensive facilities no less than a five star hotel,modern technology for every need! l loved the Sonos music choice provided everywhere.
The Roof Top Bar and Jacuzzi are the perfect place for sundowners.
It is a short walk to a beautiful bay of Fontane
Bianche with fab restaurants .
The wonderful cities of Syracuse and Noto are close by and a day trip to Mount Etna and her award winning wines are well worth it.
All in all Villa Aria provides ALL the ingredients for a
truly memorable Sicilian experience.

We had such a lovely stay at Villa Aria. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and it was just a short walk to the beach.
Loriana was a fantastic host- really friendly, easy to communicate with, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
The location is great too- nice and peaceful, but still close enough to walk to the local coffee shop/ restaurant.
What really stood out was how well thought out everything in the house was. You can tell a lot of care has gone into the little details, which made the whole stay feel extra special.
Would recommend to anyone and can't wait to come back!

Villa Aria is fantastic and even nicer than you can see on the pictures. The furnishings are very harmonious, every detail is carefully selected. Such an enchanting holiday home is exceptional and I also never found it this way. The pool was heated, the hot tub has a great view. Good to know: two of the three bathrooms are directly in the bedrooms and "only" separated from the bedroom with a milk glass door. The room at the front of the kitchen has a sliding door (visible on the pictures), so it is somewhat clairaudient. It was good for us.
The place is very quiet (in the low season), there are two restaurants within walking distance, but there is no classic village center. Other, great villages and supermarkets can be reached quickly, but a car is mandatory. Enzo is available to help and is always available.
It was a great, completely relaxing and wonderful stay and we would come back again and again.

Three couples who travel frequently found this to be a top notch accommodation. The house provided privacy for each couple as well as many spots where we could comfortably gather together. We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at villa Aria! We’re already missing it. Not only is Sicily beautiful, but the villa truly made our trip special. The style was immaculate. If you’re after the perfect place for either a family getaway or a cool stay with friends, this is the ideal setting. The design is exquisite and stylish, with modern conveniences throughout. From the perfect dining space outside—where we soaked up the stunning gardens and scenery—to the rooftop jacuzzi, everything was thoughtfully designed.
The highlight for us was the jacuzzi on the roof, where we enjoyed a few moments of peace, watching the sunset over the picturesque landscape. Let’s not even get started on the pool area—a very chic spot to bask in the November sunshine, with all the comforts you need to relax. The villa is just a stone's throw from what we’ve been told is one of the best beaches in the area. We loved our afternoon strolls there.
The location is so peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The wonderful staff, who popped in every now and then, couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. They organised a massage for us and set up a very comfy cot for the baby.
We had the most relaxing time and are already looking forward to our return. This is probably one of the best villas we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you!
